How to make a CSV: open your sheet → File → Download → Comma-separated values (.csv).
Column names should match the original sheet headers (Name, Designation, Employment Start date… or Client Name, Project URL, On-page, Project Assign…).
Step 2 — Preview & Import
This uses whatever data was last uploaded (or the seed data if nothing has been uploaded). Existing records are updated; new ones are created.
Employees
Active employees. Matched by personal email or name. New employees get a temporary password (shown in the result).
Projects
All projects. Clients are auto-created. Assignees matched by first name; unmatched go into Remarks.

Master prefix
Pick a short string (e.g. brn2026) that becomes the first part of every project's vault password. The final password is prefix.first4letters — so for the project ibreathe.co.uk with prefix brn2026, the password becomes brn2026.ibre.
